CAC is required for the demolition of structures within conservation areas, including the demolition of with a volume of more than 115 cubic metres and the demolition of any gate, wall, fence or means of enclosure one metre high or more which fronts a highway (including a public footpath or bridleway), or two metres high between properties. The CAC application seeks consent solely for the demolition of buildings and structures within the CA (the majority of the Park site).
