Outline Business Case

The London Development Agency (LDA) is working with partners to plan the long-term future of the Park's facilities.

An essential element of the work is a strategy for funding to cover capital and revenue costs and to justify the scheme in terms of its significant social and economic benefits. This report considers this requirement and is divided into two stages. This report focuses on the first stage and

The main purpose of the first stage of work is to draw up an outline business case to inform the planning application due to be submitted by end of October 2007.

This report gives an overall strategy based on an initial review and is not a fully justified business case. The findings will be used as a basis for the development of a detailed business plan for the Park, which will be used for example, as an input into a Green Book Appraisal.
